The communication potential you already have in AV is excellent and this piece (Property Management Edition) compliments it perfectly. The Property Management Edition software seems to have picked up all of the other property management pieces. It seems to be very easy to use and extremely flexible. After hearing our current vendor tell us that they can't accommodate the way we choose to do business, it was very exciting to be presented with a product that seems that it can work the way we choose to. I am very exciting to start working with it and exploring all of the features. The mobile option looks great. I can see that it will really improve how our guys work in the field. Our clients are going to love the follow-up and reporting capabilities. The ability for the Board to drill down on maintenance issues is also a terrific feature. The ability to send email to streets or other groups of owners is also a great feature. I'm really looking forward to "test driving" this software!.
